The Connecticut Code of Conduct promotes a fair, competitive electric power market by requiring that UI post a notice of all releases of customer-specific information to its generating entity. Similarly, UI must post a notice of all non-public, non-customer specific information released to its generating entity or affiliate, and make it contemporaneously available to all electric suppliers. Should such information releases occur, UI will post the required information on this page.

This page is intended to provide notice to all electric suppliers of any customer information provided by an electric distribution company to its own electric supplier affiliate so that all electric suppliers may avail themselves of any such customer information. It is not intended to indicate that an electric distribution company’s electric supplier affiliate has preferential access to services or customer information.
