How can I get reports from your self-service web site?

1. Select "Reports" under the main menu on the SMS web site.
   Here is the current list of reports that exists on the site:
   
   
   1. Rates by Supplier
   2. Service Request by Client
   3. Test Results by Supplier
   4. Rate Changes by Supplier
   5. EDI Test Queue
   6. Supplier EDI Test Conduct
