Diversity Advisory Team
To help in fostering a culture of respect, leadership is supported by the Diversity Advisory Team (DAT), a group comprised of representatives of each business unit in the company. Its mission is “to promote a professional work environment built on respect and inclusion that recognizes the diversity of its employees, customers, and community to achieve desired business results”. This accomplished through ongoing education and activities that promote inclusion in our workplace.
