Arrangements
UI will work with you if you are having trouble paying your electric bill.
Call our Automated Action Line at 1-800-676-7052. The system will assist you in setting up payment arrangements or automatically send your call to one of our Collection representatives.

Criteria for Arrangements:

• Account must be past due 30 days or more
• An initial payment is required to setup arrangements
• Missed payments have to be made up before an arrangement can be setup
• Customers are allowed 2 payment arrangements within one year
• Arrangements can be made for a period of 4 – 12 months, depending on your individual circumstances
