UI’s current contract forms in Microsoft Word for download

Proposed contract changes should be submitted to uipower@uinet.com.

UI may consider non-substantive changes to a form of contract; provided that such changes do not create advantages or disadvantages among bidders in UI’s RFPs.

Power Supply Agreement (Master WPSA)
The Master WPSA is used by UI for procuring all full requirements service supply for Standard Service or Last Resort Service.

Master WPSA Credit Annex
For convenience, this is a standalone copy of Appendix C to the Master WPSA.

Non Disclosure Agreement
This form of NDA must be executed by bidders who wish to receive confidential (recent) load data during an RFP, but do not have a Master WPSA.

UI form of Letter of Credit
This is the UI form of Letter of Credit for its Wholesale Power Supply Agreements.
