Old Wallace Splice Chamber Remediation

About this project:

Old Wallace Phase 1 is part of a multi-phased splice chamber remediation project aimed to build a system of interconnected splice chambers and duct line paths between East and State Streets (area referred as Old Wallace by UI) in New Haven as part of the Splice Chamber Remediation program. This phase involves civil construction on Chapel, Olive, Court and Green Streets.

This multi-phased approach has been adopted to avoid permitting delays and minimize disruption to the City of New Haven during construction.
