Please note: As authorized by law, for residential accounts, we supply payment information to credit rating agencies. If your account is more than sixty days delinquent, the delinquency report could harm your credit rating.

In addition to analyzing what affects your bill each month, tracking your energy use and finding ways to save, you can now schedule a one time payment or recurring payments through "My Account".

Pay your bill online using your Visa, Master Card, Discover, ATM/Debit Card or Checking/Savings Account. It's fast, easy and secure. Please note there is a convenience fee paid to a third party payment processor for using this service (see chart below).

Pay your bill over the phone using our automated action line*. Please note you will need your 14 digit account number and the ZIP code of your mailing address.

Pay in Person
UI's authorized payment agents are conveniently located throughout our service territory. Once you make payment on your account, it is not necessary to call in your payment and receipt information as this information is automatically posted to your account within one hour. However, making your payment on the “Due Date” at an authorized payment agent may not post until the following business day. Please pay your bill before the due date to avoid late payment charges or service interruption.
