This decision dated August 20, 2008 established the rules under which UI is required to publicly disclose redacted RFP bid data. This public data is available on the “Public Disclosure” section of this website.
This decision under Dockets 07-06-58 and 06-01-08 RE01 dated April 2, 2008 allows electric distribution companies in CT to consider long term bilateral contracts with generation owners.
This decision established guidelines to the Connecticut electric utilities for entering into long term REC contracts.
