UI maintains street lights in all of the 17 cities and towns we service with the exception of the City of New Haven*.

To report a street light out in any city or town served by UI, please call UI at 800-7-CALL-UI (800.722.5584) or complete the online Street Light Repair form below. To use the online form to report outages for multiple street lights, enter the first street light item, then click "Add Another Item" as many times as needed.

*The City of New Haven owns, operates and maintains the city’s street lighting system. To report a street light out in the City of New Haven call 203.946.6091.
