2026 Standard Service and Last Resort Service RFP

Oct 14, 2026, is the next Standard Service and Last Resort Service RFP for up to 20% of 1H 2027 Load and 40% 2H 2027 Load for Standard Service and 1st Quarter 2027 LRS load.

For the one-year period that ended June 30, 2026, the following mapping represents actual mapping of GST and LPT load: For GST, 76.5% was mapped to Standard Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 75.7% for demand (kW).  For LPT, 35.6% was mapped to Standard Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 35.5% for demand (kW).  For GST, 23.5% was mapped to Last Resort Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 24.3% for demand (kW).  For LPT, 64.4% were mapped to Last Resort Service eligibility for energy and 64.5% for demand (kW).
