2026 Standard Service and Last Resort Service RFP

Bid Day is Wednesday, January 21, 2026 - All Bids are due to UI at 10 AM EPT January 21, 2026 is the next Standard Service and Last Resort Service RFP for up to 40% of 2H 2026 Load and 40% 1H 2027 Load for Standard Service and 2nd Quarter 2026 LRS load.

Mapping of GST and LPT Load for January 21, 2026 Bid Day

For the one-year period that ended June 30, 2025 the following mapping represents actual mapping of GST and LPT load: For GST, 77.9% was mapped to Standard Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 77.1% for demand (kW).  For LPT, 48.3% was mapped to Standard Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 48.3% for demand (kW).  For GST, 22.1% was mapped to Last Resort Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 22.9% for demand (kW).  For LPT, 51.7% was mapped to Last Resort Service eligibility for energy and 51.7% for demand (kW).
